Simply accept the home delivery option and select a convenient time slot for delivery. Our pharmacists will pack your medications in pill packs, ensuring easy organization and adherence.

A pill pack is a personalized packaging system that organizes your medications by date and time of administration. It contains individual sachets for each dose, making it easy to follow your prescribed medication regimen.

After accepting the option of home delivery for your current prescription in the Dawak app, we send it to your insurance company for approval. The insurance company will review the prescription and determine whether they fully approve, partially approve, or reject it.

If your prescription receives full approval, it means that your insurance company will cover the entire cost of the medication. You will not be required to pay anything for the prescription itself, and you can proceed to schedule your preferred delivery time slots, as the delivery is also free.

If your prescription receives partial approval, it means that your insurance company will cover a portion of the cost, and you will be responsible for paying the remaining amount. The Dawak app will display the co-payment amount for each medication in the prescription. You can choose to accept and proceed with paying the co-payment or reject and cancel the entire order.

As soon as we deliver your medication, our pharmacist will call you and provide guidance on how to take your medications and address any other queries you may have. Moreover, our application features a support section with video tutorials on how to use the app, and it also provides an option to directly call the pharmacist.
